Angry Birds 2 is Rovio Entertainment’s slingshot puzzle game with multi-stage levels, daily challenges, clans and online events. This page links only to Rovio, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. It does not host an APK, unlimited-gems mod, ad-removal patch, account or copied game data.
Version 26.5.1 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 26.5.1, released 19 August 2026 UTC, with minor bug fixes. Google Play listed an Android update date of 18 August. Both official Philippine store routes were reachable on 7 September.
Android and iOS builds can use different version numbers or staged rollout dates. Install the build offered to the signed-in device rather than trying to match a number from an APK site. Live events, clan features and reward schedules can also change independently of the store description.
Requirements and real storage needs
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later and listed an approximately 815 MB package. Rovio’s official store description says the first launch includes a one-off download of additional content. Levels, event assets, advertisements, cache and future update unpacking need more free space than the store package alone.
Google Play checks the exact signed-in Android device. The current official listing did not publish one universal RAM, processor or Android-version minimum, so WP Phone does not invent one. If Play reports that a phone is incompatible, do not bypass the result with a sideloaded package.

- On Android, verify package com.rovio.baba.
- Review the current advertising, internet-link, random-reward and in-app purchase disclosures.
- Install later updates through the same official store account.
Reject installers promising unlimited Gems, free hat sets, automatic wins or a permanently offline live client. A game installer should not ask you to disable Play Protect, install a certificate, grant Accessibility control or start a remote-support session.
Protect progress before clearing data
Before deleting storage, reinstalling or changing phones, open the current official game and inspect the account or player-profile options actually offered to that profile. Confirm the recovery method and test it while the old installation still opens. Do not assume that a device backup alone includes every live-game save.
Save non-secret player identifiers and legitimate receipts for support. Keep any linked email, Apple Account, Google account or Rovio-supported login recoverable. Never share a password, one-time code, backup code, approval prompt or full receipt with a clan member, account seller or supposed support agent.
Extra downloads, performance and interruptions
Finish the first official content download before a trip or a limited-time event. If it stalls, check free space, keep the app open, pause other transfers and retry on a stable connection. Avoid repeatedly clearing data: that can force the same assets to download again and may remove local settings.

Purchases, ads and official help
Angry Birds 2 is free to download and includes optional purchases and random-reward mechanics. Confirm the correct player, item and Philippine-peso total in the official Apple or Google payment sheet. On a shared phone, require purchase approval and verify which game profile is active before paying.
Use the in-game help route or Rovio’s official support links for missing progress, a failed purchase or a technical error. Provide the device, OS, version, player ID and exact steps while redacting authentication and payment secrets.
