Township is Playrix’s city-building, farming and match-three game with regattas, limited-time events and optional purchases. This page links only to Playrix, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. It does not host an APK, unlimited-cash mod, town account or copied game data.
Version 38.1.1 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 38.1.1, released 31 August 2026 UTC. Google Play listed an Android update date of 28 August. Both official Philippine store routes were reachable on 8 September.
The Apple provider is PLR Worldwide Sales Limited, while Google Play displays Playrix. Android and iOS can receive different build numbers or rollout dates, so use the official version delivered to the signed-in device.
Requirements and storage planning
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or later and listed an approximately 324.9 MB package. Leave more room for town data, event assets, match-three content, cache and temporary update files. The number shown before installation is not a permanent storage ceiling.
Google Play evaluates the exact Android phone, OS and account. The current official listing did not publish one universal RAM or chipset minimum, so WP Phone does not guess. If Play reports incompatibility, do not use an old or modified APK to bypass it.
Install the official Township
- Choose the official store button on this page.
- Confirm Township and Playrix or PLR Worldwide Sales Limited.
- On Android, verify package com.playrix.township.
- Review the live chat, random-item and in-app purchase disclosures.
- Keep future updates on the same official store account.
Do not install a package promising unlimited T-cash, free passes, instant buildings or automated match-three wins. Stop if an installer asks you to disable device protection, grant Accessibility control, install a certificate or give remote access.
What works offline
Google Play says Township can be played without Wi-Fi or an internet connection, but competitions and additional features require a connection. Treat offline play as limited availability, not a complete server-independent backup. Reconnect before changing phones, reinstalling, joining a regatta or making a purchase.
When a connection returns, allow synchronization to finish before closing the game. Avoid playing different versions of the same town on two devices at once because conflicting progress can be difficult to untangle.
Save and move the correct town
Playrix’s support center says progress can sync through supported accounts, with same-platform and cross-platform behavior depending on the account method. It also says devices should use the same current game version. Check the live account options in the official app because available methods can vary by platform and region.
Before a reset or transfer, update the old device, connect the intended supported account, record the town name and non-secret player identifiers, and verify the town loads on the new device before removing the old copy. Do not share an Apple, Google, Facebook or email password with someone offering to move the town for you.
Events, chat and purchase safety
Apple’s listing discloses messaging/chat, contests, loot boxes and in-app purchases. Use only the official in-game controls, do not publish a phone number or recovery email in chat, and block or report anyone asking for a login code or outside payment.
Before buying, confirm the correct town, item and Philippine-peso total in the official Apple or Google sheet. Keep the store receipt. If the town reloads after switching to a payment app, use our RAM and app-switching checklist before retrying the charge.
Update and support checklist
For a stuck update, confirm free space, restart the official store and device, then retry on a stable connection. Do not clear storage until the town is linked and recoverable. If progress or a purchase is missing, use Settings > Help and Support in the game or Playrix’s official web support route.
Provide the town name, player identifier, device, OS, version and exact error while redacting passwords, verification codes and payment credentials. Playrix warns that only its listed communities are official, so do not trust a group merely because it uses the game’s logo.
