Version 2.9.0 and Dream Pass
Apple Philippines listed version 2.9.0, released 30 September 2026 UTC. Its notes continue the current Dream Pass format, revised visual style and weekly puzzle releases. Google Play showed an Android update date of 29 September 2026.
Rovio introduced the story-based Dream Pass in 2026 as a recurring event. The exact story, reward track, competition and end time can rotate on the server. Check the live game before paying; an old announcement or screenshot is not proof that an event is still active.
Philippines availability, storage and requirements
The official Philippine App Store and Google Play routes were available on 8 October. Apple displayed local-peso purchases and an approximately 318.8 MB package. Keep extra room for weekly levels, event art, cache and update unpacking.
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later. Google Play did not state one universal Android OS, RAM or chipset minimum on the public page reviewed. Use the store result for the exact device and do not bypass an incompatibility message with a mirror APK.
Install and update safely
- Open Google Play or the Philippine App Store from this page.
- Confirm Rovio Entertainment Oy or Rovio Entertainment Oyj as provider.
- On Android, verify package com.rovio.dream.
- Review the current age rating, team interaction, ads, purchases and data disclosures.
- Keep updates on the same official store route.
A package promising unlimited coins, every booster, automatic wins or a free Dream Pass is not an official update. Do not disable Play Protect, install an unknown profile or grant remote-control, Accessibility or overlay access to a helper.
Protect progress before reinstalling
Rovio’s support center says to open Settings, choose Manage connections and connect a supported Facebook, Apple or Google Play account before reinstalling. Confirm that the connection is secured and do not press Disconnect during the preparation.
Record the Customer or Player ID privately. After reinstalling, reconnect the same supported account. If the wrong progress appears, stop before playing many levels or buying anything and contact Rovio through the in-game support route.
Purchases and delayed coins
Coins and other offers are optional. Confirm the signed-in store account, Philippine-peso price, contents and time limit on the final payment screen. Rovio says purchases are confirmed through Google Play or the App Store.
If coins are delayed, fully restart the game and verify the official receipt and account. Rovio notes that some purchases can take time and advises contacting support after the stated wait with the relevant receipt. Do not immediately repurchase the same item. A support agent does not need a bank password, card number, wallet PIN or one-time code.
Teams, chat and links
The store listing includes teams and player interaction. Keep phone numbers, real names, school or work details, passwords and recovery codes out of team chat. Do not follow an unknown link offering rewards or account verification; open Rovio’s site or the store independently.
Connection and performance
The core puzzle listing is marked offline on Google Play, while teams, events, sync and purchases need connectivity. Test offline use before travel. For a stalled update, verify free space and a stable network before clearing data. Let an overheated phone cool naturally and avoid booster apps that promise lower requirements.
