Pokémon Masters EX is a 3-on-3 team-battle RPG from DeNA featuring Trainers and Pokémon from multiple regions. It is an online game with optional purchases. This page links only to the official Pokémon Masters site, Google Play and the Philippine App Store.
Version and Philippine availability
Apple Philippines listed version 2.70.0, released 26 June 2026, and a 1.9 GB store package. The official website continued posting live July 2026 story and event updates. Both Philippine mobile store routes were available during the 9 August review.
Additional story, voice and event resources can make the final installation much larger than 1.9 GB. Leave a generous storage margin and avoid starting a multi-gigabyte download on an expiring prepaid promo.
Official requirements
The Philippine App Store requires iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. The official Pokémon Masters FAQ lists Android 7 or later on a 64-bit device and recommends at least 2 GB RAM. DeNA warns that not every device meeting the figures is guaranteed to work and that newly released operating systems may need time for support.
The game requires an internet connection. A copied installer or offline mod cannot replace the official server connection and can expose the account.
Protect progress before reinstalling
- Open the game’s official account or transfer menu and confirm the linked recovery method.
- Record the non-secret player ID for official support, but do not post it publicly.
- Keep the old device until the correct save and sync pairs appear on the new phone.
- Do not clear data during a failed update until recovery has been verified.
- Keep official purchase receipts for missing paid items.
Follow the new-phone migration checklist before a trade-in or factory reset.
Install and update safely
Confirm DeNA Co., Ltd. as the store provider and use only Google Play or the App Store. Avoid packages offering unlimited gems, guaranteed sync pairs or altered scout results. Update both the game and operating system only through official channels.
If an update fails, check storage and connection first, then restart the store and phone. Large resource verification can take time; keep the phone ventilated and do not interrupt it repeatedly.
Account and purchase protection
Use a unique password for every connected platform account and enable available additional verification. No legitimate support agent needs an email password or one-time code. Confirm the correct save before buying gems and retain the platform receipt.
