Guardian Tales is Kong Studios’ pixel-art action RPG, published globally by Kakao Games. This page uses only the official developer and store routes available to Philippine players. WP Phone does not provide an APK, modified package, account or unofficial purchase service.
Current version and official availability
The Philippine App Store listed version 3.51.0, released 21 July 2026. Apple showed a 406.3 MB store package and required iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or later. Google Play listed an Android update date of 4 June 2026.
The official Philippine links for both platforms were live on 17 August. Update timing can differ by platform, so check the version in the signed-in store and Kakao Games’ official notices before reinstalling for a perceived mismatch.
Compatibility and storage planning
Google Play lists Android 5.0 or later, a 2.0 GHz CPU, 2 GB RAM and at least 3 GB of available storage. Those are minimums, not a guarantee of stable frame rate on every chipset. Google Play performs a live check for the exact device and account.
The Apple package size is smaller than the Android storage recommendation because store packages and installed resources are measured differently. Keep more than the stated minimum available for updates and unpacking. On iPhone or iPad, follow Apple’s current compatibility panel as well as the iOS 13 baseline.

If the store blocks installation, do not sideload a package from a mirror. A third-party installer cannot safely repair unsupported hardware or an account-region issue. Review the device compatibility checklist instead.
Performance and connection settings
Begin with the automatic graphics preset. If action stages stutter, lower frame rate, effects or resolution gradually, close memory-heavy apps and leave free storage. Avoid demanding play while the phone is hot or fast-charging under a thick case.
For repeated disconnects, briefly compare trusted Wi-Fi and mobile data and check official maintenance notices. Do not grant a so-called game booster Accessibility, VPN or device-administrator control; those privileges are not required by Guardian Tales.
Account and purchase safety
Before clearing data or moving phones, open the official account settings and verify a supported sign-in link. Record the non-secret player ID and region for support. Never send another player or unofficial helper a password, recovery link, one-time code or complete payment details.
Use the in-game store and platform billing flow for purchases. Confirm the account, item and peso total on the final screen, keep the official receipt and avoid account trading or sites promising free gems in exchange for login access.
