Heartopia is XD Entertainment’s multiplayer life-simulation game about home design, hobbies, pets and social play. It is free to download with in-app purchases. This WP Phone page links only to XD, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. It does not host an APK, private server, modified client, premium-currency tool or account listing.
Version 0.5.5 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 0.5.5, released 25 August 2026 UTC, with an approximately 3.9 GB package. Google Play listed an Android update date of 21 August. Both official Philippine store routes were available when checked on 13 September.
Android and iOS can use different build labels and rollout dates. Download the version offered to the signed-in device and let the client finish its own resource checks before concluding that an update is missing.
Current mobile requirements
Google Play lists Android 8.0 or later, 6 GB RAM and at least 14 GB of available storage. Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 12.0 or later. The Apple package size is not a complete storage target because resources, cache and temporary update files need additional space.
Meeting the published baseline does not guarantee the same frame rate on every processor or graphics chip. On a marginal device, begin with conservative graphics, shadows and frame-rate settings. Do not install a booster that requests Accessibility control, a VPN profile or a certificate.

Ignore a download claiming unlimited Heart Diamonds, removed gacha limits, a private server or an early region unlock. A third-party package can expose the account and payment session and may fail integrity checks.
Prepare storage and connection
Reserve the full published Android margin before starting. Use reliable Wi-Fi for the base download when possible, keep the phone powered without trapping heat, and do not clear app data while a resource package is verifying. If storage remains low, remove completed offline media or unused apps instead of deleting an unverified game save.
For login or patch failures, compare Wi-Fi and mobile data, check automatic date and time, restart the official client and verify service notices on XD’s official channels. Record the server, player ID, app version, device, OS and Philippine local time before contacting support.
Account and social safety
Confirm the intended sign-in method before creating a long-term character, particularly on a shared phone. Use a unique password and the strongest verification offered by the connected email, Apple, Google or other identity. Keep recovery access current before changing devices.
Because Heartopia includes social interaction, do not share a home address, school, daily route, phone number, one-time code or payment receipt in chat. Block and report pressure, impersonation or off-platform trading through the official tools. The fake support checklist can help verify a contact.
Purchases and gacha checks
The Philippine App Store displays peso-priced Heart Diamond and membership products. Before paying, confirm the active character, server, product, quantity and total. Treat a random-item purchase as a chance, not a guaranteed costume. Keep the official receipt and wait for the store status before retrying a delayed order.
Use only the in-game billing flow or a channel directly linked by XD. Never send a full receipt, store password, OTP or remote-control approval to someone promising a manual credit. For an unresolved charge, use official store purchase history and XD’s in-app Support Center.
Performance and heat
Large social areas and detailed homes can load more assets than a quiet scene. Lower one setting at a time, cap frame rate before reducing every visual option, and compare results in the same location. Stop demanding play if the system shows a temperature warning; high ambient heat and fast charging can reduce performance.
