Rise of Kingdoms is Lilith Games’ online strategy game about building a civilization, developing commanders, joining alliances and fighting in real time on a shared map. This page links only to Lilith Games, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. It does not host an APK, private server, resource generator, account or modified client.
Version 1.1.11.28 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 1.1.11.28, released 2 September 2026 UTC. Its notes describe anniversary events, Lost Kingdom and Season of Conquest changes, control improvements and fixes. Google Play listed an Android update date of 20 August. Both official Philippine store routes were reachable on 6 September.
Android and iOS can receive different build numbers or staged rollouts. Install the version offered to the signed-in device instead of matching a number from an APK site. Event eligibility and schedules can also vary by kingdom; check the in-game Event Calendar.
Requirements and storage planning
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or later and listed an approximately 2.2 GB package. The installed footprint can grow through maps, chat data, cache and future updates, and an update may need temporary unpacking space.
Google Play performs exact-device compatibility checks. The official listing checked for this review did not publish one universal current Android RAM or chipset minimum, so WP Phone does not invent one. If Play marks the phone incompatible, do not bypass that result with a sideloaded package.
Install the correct global client

- Review the current age rating, chat, advertising, random-item purchase and privacy disclosures.

Do not install a package promising free Gems, faster building, map automation or an older unrestricted client. Never disable Play Protect, install an unknown certificate or grant Accessibility, device-administrator or remote-control access for a game tool.
Protect progress before changing phones
Rise of Kingdoms is an online account game. Before clearing storage or moving devices, open the current official client’s account settings, confirm the sign-in or linked-account method offered to your account and test that recovery method while the old phone still works. Menu labels can change, so follow the live in-game help rather than an old video.
Save non-secret identifiers such as the governor name, governor ID and kingdom for support. Keep the linked email or platform account recoverable and protect it with its supported two-step verification. Do not share passwords, one-time codes, recovery approvals or full payment receipts with alliance members, pilots or supposed support agents.
Connection and performance checks
Real-time map activity and alliance battles require a stable connection. If commands lag, test the same account in a safe non-critical activity, pause other transfers and compare Wi-Fi with mobile data before changing settings. A VPN marketed as zero-ping cannot shorten every route and may expose traffic or trigger login challenges.

Purchases and official help
The game includes in-app purchases and random items. Confirm the active governor, kingdom, product and Philippine-peso total in the official store sheet before approving. Avoid personal-wallet sellers, account trading and payment links posted in chat.
For login, purchase or technical trouble, begin with the in-game support route or the support contact linked from the official store listing. Provide the device, OS, app version, governor ID and exact error while redacting authentication and payment secrets.
