A fast speed test measures throughput, while games depend on low, stable latency and little packet loss. A distant server or busy upload can cause high ping even on a fast plan.
Short answer: Stop uploads, select the nearest official region, use 5 GHz near the router and compare another time or network.

- Check the selected game server and whether a VPN adds distance.
- Ask whether every player on the same Wi-Fi sees the spike.
Fix it in the safest order
- Pause cloud backups, livestreaming and large uploads.
- Move close to the router and use a less crowded 5 GHz band when supported.
- Restart the router and phone, then test without VPN or relay services.
- Compare a different official server only if the game allows it without risking account-region changes.
