Disney Pixel RPG is GungHo Online Entertainment’s online turn-based RPG featuring pixel-art Disney and Pixar characters. This page links only to GungHo, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. It does not host an APK, modified client, unlimited-crystal tool or account.
Version 2.23.1 and the shutdown schedule
Apple Philippines listed version 2.23.1, released 2 September 2026 UTC, adding Story Chapter 9 and minor fixes. The official shutdown notice sets these key dates:
- Sales of paid Red Crystals, packs and login passes ended 1 July 2026.
- Red-Crystal gacha, stamina recovery and affected item sales ended 19 August 2026.
- Game service and Android/iOS distribution end 30 September 2026 at 11:00 JST.
- The official website and support are scheduled to end 13 January 2027.
The official notice says a dedicated refund form will be provided after service ends for unused paid Red Crystals. It also says the in-game ID and inquiry code will be required. Existing players should record both before the server closes and keep them private.
Philippines availability today
The official website still listed the Philippines as an available region, and both Philippine store routes were reachable on 5 September. Availability is temporary because the same official notice says app distribution will stop with the service. Do not use a mirror after the official listings disappear; an APK cannot restore a closed online service.
Requirements and storage
The official FAQ requires iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later, or Android 9.0 or later with at least 4 GB memory. GungHo warns that some devices may still be unable to run the game despite meeting those values. Apple listed an approximately 308.7 MB package, while additional data and update unpacking need more free space.
The game requires a stable internet connection. If it will not start, the official FAQ recommends restarting the app or device, checking the connection and OS, confirming free space, and avoiding a device altered outside the manufacturer’s supported configuration.
Install only if the limited service window makes sense
- Read the official end-of-service notice first.
- Open the official Philippine store route from this page.
- Confirm GungHo Online Entertainment as provider.
- On Android, verify package jp.gungho.tri.
- Do not make a purchase or obtain paid currency through any unofficial seller.
GungHo prohibits modified game or connection data, unauthorized programs and real-money trading. A seller cannot extend service, preserve the account after shutdown or guarantee a refund.
Protect data before transfer or shutdown
The official transfer guide supports linking game data to an Apple or Google store account. Complete the link from the title-screen account-management menu before uninstalling. On the new device, use the previously linked store account; transferring onto a device with existing game data can overwrite that data.
GungHo also describes a time-limited recovery code issued by support after identity checks. Do not share account-link information, a recovery code or the inquiry code publicly. Keep screenshots of the player ID, inquiry code, paid Red Crystal balance and relevant purchase receipts in a secure private location.
What existing players should do now
- Read the live in-game and official shutdown notices.
- Record the player ID and inquiry code before 30 September.
- Review the paid Red Crystal balance and keep official receipts.
- Use remaining content only under the official schedule; do not buy currency elsewhere.
