Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is Electronic Arts and Capital Games’ squad-building, turn-based role-playing game. It includes character collection, ships, guild activities and online competitive modes. This page sends Philippine players only to EA, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. It does not offer an APK, mod, crystal generator or account marketplace.
Version 0.40.5 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 0.40.5, released 28 July 2026 UTC, with a 365.1 MB package. The update notes describe quality-of-life improvements. Google Play Philippines showed the same Android update date. Both official store routes were available during the 15 September review.
EA’s live game pages describe the Coliseum and current Era structure, but store updates and server-side content do not always share one release number. Use the build offered to the device and confirm event rules inside the game.
Requirements and online access
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or later. The public Google Play listing evaluates Android compatibility for each signed-in device instead of giving one universal minimum OS. Its live compatibility result is the final Android check.
The store listing requires a persistent internet connection and notes that network fees may apply. The 365.1 MB Apple package is only the initial download; game assets, cache and updates need more space. Use a stable connection for the first launch and avoid starting an update just before a timed event.
Install the official build
- Open Google Play or the Philippine App Store button on this page.
- Confirm Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes and Electronic Arts or EA Swiss Sarl.
- On Android, verify package com.ea.game.starwarscapital_row.
- Review chat, random-item, privacy and purchase disclosures.
- Install and update through the same official store.
A file that promises free Crystals, instant Relics or an unlocked roster is not an official update. Never disable Play Protect, install a certificate or give remote-control access for a game fix.
Link and identify the correct account
EA’s mobile-save guidance recommends linking supported mobile games to an account because anonymous progress may remain only on the device. Before reinstalling or moving phones, open the in-game account area, confirm the intended identity and restart once to make sure the expected roster returns.
Save the Ally Code and Player ID privately for support. Do not treat a public username as proof of ownership, and never send a password, email code or backup code to a person offering roster recovery.
Chat and account safety
The stores disclose messaging or in-game chat. Keep personal details, login addresses and receipt images out of guild chat. A message claiming to be an administrator should not direct you to an unfamiliar sign-in page or ask for a code.
Use EA Help’s official Galaxy of Heroes support area for account management, bug reports and Web Store instructions. If a browser opens for an account or store action, verify the EA or official game domain before approving access.
Purchases and the official Web Store
Confirm the active roster, offer contents, currency and Philippine-peso total before payment. EA’s official Web Store guidance should be reached from EA Help or the game’s verified site, not from an ad or direct message. Keep receipts and note the approximate purchase time for support.
If an item is delayed, restart the official game and check the same account before purchasing again. Avoid chargeback or resale instructions from strangers; use the platform billing route and EA support.
Performance checks
If battles stutter, restart the device, close demanding apps, install the current official update and let a hot phone cool. Keep free space for assets and cache. A booster app cannot safely create hardware resources and may add intrusive permissions.
