Version 26.08.02 and current store records
Apple Philippines listed version 26.08.02, released 24 September 2026 UTC, with small fixes and improvements. Google Play Philippines showed an Android update dated 21 August and described the Pantry area, a new Maddie and Pearl adventure, events and a Season Pass. Content and event availability can be server-controlled, so check the live game timer before spending energy or buying a pass.
Philippines availability and requirements
Both official Philippine store routes were available on 30 September. Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later and displayed a 296.6 MB package. Mansion areas, events, advertisements, save data, cache and temporary update files need more room after installation.
Google Play determines Android compatibility for the signed-in phone. The public listing did not give one universal Android version, RAM or chipset minimum, so do not replace a device-specific unsupported message with an APK from a mirror. Install the official game
- Open Google Play or the Philippine App Store from the buttons on this page.
- Confirm Metacore Games Oy as the provider.
- On Android, verify package com.everywear.game5.
- Review the current age rating, advertisements, privacy disclosure and in-app purchases.
- Install future updates through the same official store route.
A familiar icon or video is not proof that an installer is genuine. Avoid files promising unlimited Gems, automatic merges, free passes or removed purchase checks. Never disable Play Protect or install a certificate for a game download.
Protect progress before reinstalling
Metacore Support says Android players can connect progress through Google Sign-In or Facebook Login in the game’s settings. Google Sign-In is Android-only; Metacore says Facebook can be used when moving between Android and Apple devices. Confirm the intended account while the old device still opens the correct mansion.
If no connection was made, contact Metacore through the in-game Settings menu before erasing the old phone. Keep the non-secret Player ID and basic account details available. Purchases, events and privacy
The official listings describe optional purchases and randomized virtual items. Check the exact offer, remaining event time, signed-in account and Philippine-peso total before approving. A Season Pass applies to the terms shown for that season; do not assume unused rewards carry into a later event.
Use only the in-game checkout or an official Metacore route linked from its site or support center. Never give another player control of the account to buy cheaper Gems or finish an event. If a purchase is missing, retain the official store receipt and contact support without exposing unrelated transactions.
Connection and performance checks
If the board loads slowly, first check Metacore’s notices, free storage and the current store update. Close recording overlays, restart the game and compare trusted Wi-Fi with mobile data outside a timed event. Do not clear app storage until progress recovery is confirmed.
If the phone becomes hot or frame pacing worsens, stop charging during play, reduce background activity and let the device cool naturally. A third-party booster cannot add memory or make unsupported hardware compatible.
