Version 0.102 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 0.102, released 31 August 2026 UTC, with a 1.5 GB package. Its notes introduce the Live, Laugh, Lava Land season, the Bumper ability, collaboration skins, sixth-anniversary events and bug fixes. Google Play showed an Android update date of 25 August. Both Philippine store routes were available during the 16 September review.
Android and iOS can use different build labels and staged timing. Friends on different builds may temporarily see a version mismatch. Update through the signed official store and wait for the rollout instead of installing a mirror.
Requirements, storage and connection
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 13.0 or later. Google Play evaluates Android compatibility for the signed-in device rather than publishing one universal minimum on the current listing. The official site describes matches with up to 32 online players, so stable connectivity matters.
The Apple package is about 1.5 GB. Keep additional room for maps, event content, cache and temporary update files. A phone at the minimum OS can still be limited by memory, graphics support, heat or storage.

Back up progress with Scopely ID
Scopely’s current support guidance says the latest game can connect a Scopely Account ID from Settings through “Save your progress with Scopely Account.” A linked account can back up progress and load it on supported Google, Apple, Steam, web and console platforms, with platform-specific exceptions.
Before reinstalling or switching phones, connect the intended email, complete its verification and confirm Settings shows the successful linked state. Record the non-secret Player ID privately. On Android, Scopely also documents Google Play and Facebook connections, but Scopely ID provides the broadest supported cross-platform route described in current help.
If the game opens an empty account, stop before playing or paying. Verify the exact Scopely email and platform profile, then contact official support with the old Player ID and receipts if needed. Never send a password or one-time code.
Performance and network checks
For lag or loading problems, Scopely’s official site recommends the latest game and device software, stable Wi-Fi, a restart and normal cache checks. Test one change at a time. High download speed does not guarantee low latency; avoid background updates and compare Wi-Fi with mobile data near the same location.
