Hill Climb Racing is Fingersoft’s physics-based driving game about keeping a vehicle moving across steep terrain, collecting coins and upgrading parts. This Philippine guide links only to Fingersoft, Google Play and Apple’s App Store. WP Phone does not host an APK, modified client, unlimited-coins build or ad-removal patch.
Version 1.71.1 and the Pinball update
Apple Philippines listed version 1.71.1, released 15 August 2026 UTC. Google Play Philippines showed a 23 September update. The current official notes introduce the Pinball content and include bug fixes. Android and iOS delivery dates can differ, so the correct build is the one offered by the official store to the signed-in phone.
The Philippine App Store displayed a 209.5 MB package and required iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later. Google Play checks Android compatibility for each device rather than showing one universal public minimum on the listing reviewed. Leave extra room for vehicles, stages, advertisements, cache, save data and temporary update files.
Offline play has practical limits
Fingersoft’s official store description says the core game is playable offline. That is useful before a commute or a weak-signal trip, but it does not mean every service works without data. Installation, store updates, advertising, purchases, support and some daily or event functions can still need a connection.
Open the game once after an update while connected, wait for any first-run files, then test a short session with mobile data disabled. Do this before travel, not after coverage disappears. If a reward or event needs a connection, reconnect later rather than installing an unofficial copy that promises permanent offline access.
Install the official Fingersoft release
- Open Google Play or the Philippine App Store from this page.
- Confirm the title and Fingersoft as developer.
- On Android, verify package com.fingersoft.hillclimb.
- Review the current age rating, advertising, data and random-item purchase disclosures.
- Keep Play Protect or Apple’s built-in installation protections enabled.
Hill Climb Racing 2 is a separate app with multiplayer systems. Use our Hill Climb Racing 2 guide if that is the game you meant. Progress, purchases and versions are not interchangeable between the two listings.
Performance, saves and purchase safety
If driving stutters, close a screen recorder, stop background downloads and let a hot phone cool before lowering graphics or reinstalling. Use the game’s own settings first. A generic booster that asks for accessibility, VPN or device-administrator access is not required for a simple performance check.
Before clearing storage, reinstalling or changing phones, open the in-game settings and confirm the available save or account option for the exact build. Do not assume a platform achievement alone proves that the latest local progress is backed up. Keep purchase receipts, but never send a password, one-time code or full payment-card image to someone claiming to restore coins.
Use device purchase controls if a child plays, because the official listings disclose in-app purchases, including random-item purchases. Buy only through the in-game flow backed by Google Play or Apple. An outside coin seller cannot safely credit the official save.
Editorial review: 28 September 2026. Recheck the live official store page before installing because version, size, requirements and event availability can change.
