Sonic Forces: PvP Race is SEGA’s real-time four-player mobile racing game, previously known in support material as Sonic Forces: Speed Battle. It combines lane running, attacks, traps, boosts, trophies, Clans and live events. This Philippines page links only to SEGA, Google Play and Apple’s App Store. WP Phone does not host an APK, unlimited-Ring build, automated racer or modified client.
Version 7.5.0 and official identity
Apple’s live Philippines metadata listed version 7.5.0, released 23 September 2026 UTC. Its current release note adds the Bloodmoon Werehog Halloween Challenger. Google Play Philippines showed an Android update date of 18 September 2026; build timing can differ between platforms.
On Android, confirm package com.sega.sprint and developer SEGA. On Apple devices, confirm App Store ID 1262362476 and provider Sega America. The official support pages may still use the older Speed Battle subtitle, but they describe this same package.
Requirements, storage and live connection
Apple Philippines requires iOS or iPadOS 14.0 or later. Google Play gives a compatibility result for the signed-in Android device instead of one universal public Android minimum. Use that live result on the exact phone; do not sideload around an incompatible listing.
Apple reported a 458,440,704-byte package, about 437.2 MiB. Leave extra internal storage for runners, tracks, events, cache and a temporary update copy. Matches are live four-player PvP, so a stable two-way connection matters more than a high headline download speed.
Install only the SEGA release
- Open the Philippine Google Play or App Store link on this page.
- Confirm SEGA, the package or App Store ID and the current icon.
- Review the live ads, purchase and privacy disclosures.
- Install and update through the same signed store.
- Use the in-game Support button or SEGA Support for recovery.
Reject pages promising guaranteed wins, every runner, free Red Star Rings or a ban bypass. SEGA’s security guidance says only official store versions are released by SEGA and warns against modified builds and third-party account tools.
Protect progress before a phone change
SEGA says Sonic Forces progress is stored on its servers and can be recovered when it was linked to the same Google Play Games or Game Center account. Before reinstalling, confirm the intended platform account and save the non-secret Account ID privately.
If a new phone opens a fresh profile, stop before buying or linking over the old account. SEGA asks recovery requests for the old and current Account IDs, the case-sensitive old name, approximate first and last use, and purchase receipts where relevant. Redact unrelated payment details.
Keep link codes and account details private
SEGA’s account-security article says not to share an Account ID except with SEGA staff and never to share a Link Code. It warns that someone with the Link Code can access the account and cannot simply be removed from their device. Treat a transfer code like a password.
Use a strong Apple or Google account password and enable the platform’s available two-step protection. A clan member, trader or tournament organizer does not need your store password, email code, Link Code or remote-control access.
Ads, purchases and event timers
The official listing says the game is ad-supported and no purchase is required to progress, while an ad-free option and other purchases are available. Confirm the active racer profile, item, expiry and Philippine-peso total before approving the store sheet.
Limited-time runners and Clan rewards can change server-side. Read the live event timer before spending. If a purchase is delayed, check the platform receipt and restart once before paying again; use official support for unresolved delivery.
Connection and performance checks
For lag, first compare one stable Wi-Fi connection with mobile data, pause downloads, turn off an unnecessary VPN and let a hot phone cool. Do not install a “ping reducer” profile or Accessibility helper. If every race fails, check the store for the current build and use SEGA’s in-game support route.
See WP Phone’s high-ping checklist and transfer-code safety guide.
