Roblox is Roblox Corporation’s platform for user-created experiences. This refreshed page gives Philippine players current official store details, device requirements and account checks. It does not host an APK, executor, modified client, Robux tool, extension or account marketplace.
Version 2.738.1390 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 2.738.1390, released 9 September 2026 UTC, with an approximately 232.9 MB package. Google Play showed an Android update date of 9 September. Both official Philippine store routes were available when checked on 13 September.
Roblox ships frequent fixes for speed and reliability, while individual experiences can update independently. Android and iOS can use different build labels or staged timing. Confirm the live version on the signed-in store before troubleshooting.
Official mobile requirements
Roblox Support requires Android 8.0 or later and at least OpenGL ES 3.0. Apple devices require iOS or iPadOS 14.0 or later. Roblox lists a 4-8 Mb/s minimum connection and recommends Wi-Fi when mobile data is unstable.
Passing the baseline does not guarantee identical performance. User-created experiences vary in graphics, memory and network load. Respect an unskippable unsupported-device message; do not bypass it with a mirror APK or modified client.
Install and review permissions safely
- Open Google Play or the Philippine App Store from this page.
- Confirm Roblox Corporation as publisher.
- On Android, verify package com.roblox.client.
- Review current age guidance, user interaction and in-app purchases.
- Grant microphone, camera, contacts or notifications only for features you use.
The Play listing describes those permissions as optional for voice, avatar animation, contact discovery and notifications. Keep Play Protect enabled and reject executors, injectors, certificate profiles and “free Robux” tools.
Protect the account and recovery methods
Use a unique password, verify an email address and enable an available two-step verification method. Roblox says passwords, browser cookies, 2SV codes and backup codes should never be shared. Its current support guidance recommends the authenticator-app option and explains that stronger recovery may require two different verification methods on the account.

Parental controls and communication
Families should use Roblox’s current parental controls plus store-level purchase approval. Available content, communication and spending controls can vary by age and eligibility. Review them after an age or platform-policy change rather than assuming an old setting still applies.
A parent should keep a separate login and should not share verification codes with the child or a support impersonator. Never publish an ID document, payment receipt or private chat to prove age or ownership outside Roblox’s official process.
Performance, storage and connection checks
The 232.9 MB Apple package does not include every experience asset, texture, voice feature, cache file or update workspace. Keep a comfortable storage margin. If one experience stutters while others work, lower its graphics setting before reinstalling the entire client.
For crashes, update the official client and system, restart the phone, check storage and compare trusted Wi-Fi with mobile data. On Android, clear cache before app storage. Do not delete the app until login and recovery methods are confirmed.
Robux and marketplace safety
Buy Robux or subscriptions only through Roblox or official store billing. Confirm the active account, peso total and renewal terms. Roblox warns against off-platform deals and promotions that ask for login information. Keep the official receipt but redact it before sending evidence.
