Pikmin Bloom is a walking and exploration game from Scopely Explore built around Nintendo’s Pikmin characters. Walking grows seedlings, finds items and supports weekly challenges, while location and step data make permission choices important. This page links only to the official website, Google Play and the Philippine App Store. WP Phone does not host an APK, location spoofer, modified client or coin seller.
Version 153.0 and Philippines availability
Apple Philippines listed version 153.0, released 9 September 2026 UTC, with an approximately 315.7 MB package. Google Play listed an Android update date of 8 September. Both official Philippine store routes were available when checked on 13 September.
Android and iOS can use different version labels and staged timing. Install the build offered to the signed-in device. Event banners and server-side content can change without a new store package, so confirm dates inside the live app before spending petals or coins.
Requirements, GPS and step tracking
Google Play lists Android 9.0 or later, at least 2 GB RAM, GPS and a network connection. It says Google Fit must be installed and allowed for accurate step tracking. Apple lists iOS 15.0 or later; with permission, the app uses Apple HealthKit to count walking distance while closed.
The store notes say the game is optimized for smartphones rather than tablets and that compatibility is not guaranteed for every qualifying device. Wi-Fi-only devices may lack a suitable GPS sensor. Passing the OS minimum does not guarantee steady location accuracy or performance.
Install from the official listing
- Open Google Play or the Philippine App Store from this page.
- Confirm Pikmin Bloom and Scopely Explore, Inc.
- On Android, verify package com.nianticlabs.pikmin.
- Read the current location, health, photo and purchase disclosures.
- Keep Play Protect or the normal Apple installation protections enabled.
Reject a mirror that promises joystick movement, automatic walking, unlimited coins or rare Decor Pikmin. A modified client can expose account credentials and location history and may violate the game’s rules.
Choose permissions deliberately
Location and step access support the core walking loop, but review the exact options shown by the phone. Use the narrowest setting that still provides the feature you want. Photo access is relevant only if you choose diary or sharing features; it is not a reason to grant broad access to an unrelated installer.
Background GPS can reduce battery life. During a long walk in Philippine heat, lower screen brightness, avoid direct sun, carry water and stop demanding use if the phone shows a temperature warning. Do not disable emergency alerts or navigation just to keep the game active.
Link and protect the right account
Nintendo Support says a Nintendo Account can be linked at first access or later in Settings, and that the linked Nintendo Account cannot be changed afterward. Confirm the intended account before approving the link, especially on a shared phone. Add another supported sign-in method if the live account settings allow it.
Use a unique password and strong verification on every connected identity. Never share a one-time code, recovery link or QR approval with a player offering coins or recovery. Our mobile game account security guide explains a broader backup plan.
Storage, data and troubleshooting
The 315.7 MB Apple package is only the starting download. Map tiles, event assets, photos, cache and update unpacking need more room. Finish the store update on a stable connection and let required resources load before starting a long walk.
If steps are missing, first check Google Fit or Apple Health permission, the active account, battery restrictions and automatic date and time. If location jumps, compare open-sky GPS with indoor use and avoid changing several settings at once. Record the device, OS, version and local time before contacting official support.
