Compatibility, storage and updates
Store package size and minimum requirements can change by version, device and region. An Android Install button or an Apple compatibility result is a better signal than a copied requirement from an old guide. If the store says the app is unavailable or incompatible, use the developer’s support page instead of a mirror.
World and character files represent many hours of progress. Check the official backup or device-transfer guidance before reinstalling, and use only servers and multiplayer details shared by people you trust.
Purchases, saves and account safety
Confirm the Philippine-peso total and the exact account before buying the app, downloadable content, membership or in-game items. A store purchase usually applies only to that platform unless the publisher explicitly provides cross-platform entitlement.
Use only the login, backup and account-linking methods shown in the official client. Never give another player, seller or supposed support agent a password, one-time code, recovery phrase, QR login, session token or remote access to the phone.
If installation or updates fail
Restart the phone, confirm the store account region, free additional storage and retry on a stable connection. Avoid “cleaner,” “booster,” mod-menu and free-paid-app packages. Those tools can replace signed files, request dangerous permissions or expose game and payment accounts.
