Version 0.34.5 and Dear Van Gogh
Apple Philippines listed version 0.34.5, released 25 August 2026 UTC. The current store description features the Dear Van Gogh interactive experience and environments inspired by the artist’s paintings. Google Play listed an Android update date of 19 August.
Both Philippine store routes were reachable on 8 September. Android and iOS rollout timing can differ, so install the official build offered to the signed-in device and use thatgamecompany’s patch notes for live event details.
Requirements and storage
Apple requires iOS or iPadOS 15.0 or later and listed an approximately 3 GB package. Leave substantially more free space for seasonal assets, cache and temporary update files. A major event update can need working room beyond the final installed size.
Google Play evaluates the exact Android phone and account. Its current listing did not publish one universal RAM, processor or Android-version minimum, so WP Phone does not guess. If the official store reports incompatibility, do not sideload a package to bypass it.
Install the official game

Avoid installers promising free candles, unreleased cosmetics, private-server access or automatic collection. Do not give Accessibility control, install an unknown certificate or share a login code with a cosmetic seller.
Prepare for a large event update
Update before an event session, keep the phone charged and ventilated, and allow both the store transfer and any in-game resource check to finish. If space is tight, remove replaceable media or unused apps rather than clearing Sky data before confirming the account.
If Sky reloads after opening chat, a browser or a wallet, memory pressure may be involved. Finish at a safe point and follow the RAM and app-switching checklist before reinstalling.
Social and account safety
Sky includes messaging, social play and user-generated content. Keep personal contact details, exact location, school information and payment screenshots out of public or newly formed groups. Block and report harassment or requests for passwords, codes, account sharing or outside payment through official tools.
Before changing phones, clearing data or unlinking anything, inspect the account options in the current official app. Record non-secret player identifiers and confirm the connected sign-in method is recoverable. Do not assume that a device backup contains every server-side entitlement or local setting.
Purchases and gift offers
Apple’s Philippine listing includes optional purchases. Confirm the active Sky profile, exact item and peso total in the official payment sheet. A legitimate store purchase does not require another player to sign in to your account or receive your one-time code.
