Pokémon Sleep is a sleep-tracking simulation game developed by SELECT BUTTON inc. and published through The Pokémon Company. Players record sleep, research Pokémon sleep styles and raise Snorlax. This page links only to the official Pokémon site, Google Play and the Philippine Apple App Store.
Version and Philippines availability
The Philippine App Store listed version 3.6.1, released 2 July 2026, with a 240.8 MB store package. Google Play showed a late-June Android update in its current public listing. Both official Philippine routes were available during the 9 August review.
Store size is not the final installed size. Leave extra space for cached research data, event resources and later patches. The official app is free to start with optional purchases.
Requirements and compatible sleep tracking
Apple Philippines requires iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. Pokémon’s April 2026 support notice says support continues for iOS 15+ and Android 8+. Compatibility can still vary by device sensors, memory and operating conditions.
The phone can track sleep when placed near the pillow, or supported smartwatch data can be synchronized through Apple Health or Health Connect. Smartwatch support has a separate compatibility list and may require a newer phone OS. Check the official device page before buying a wearable for this purpose.
Use the phone safely overnight
Pokémon repeatedly warns not to put the phone under a pillow or blanket because it may overheat. Place it on a stable, ventilated surface near the bed, keep charging cables undamaged and do not cover the device. Stop using the setup if the phone or charger becomes unusually hot.
Pokémon also states that Pokémon Sleep is for entertainment and is not intended to detect, diagnose or treat a medical condition. Treat its sleep report as game data, not medical advice.
Account and sleep-data privacy
- Review access requested for microphone, motion, Health or Health Connect data.
- Connect only the smartwatch and health apps named on Pokémon’s official device page.
- Before reinstalling, issue an official transfer code or link the supported Apple or Google account as instructed in the app.
- Never share a transfer code, account password or one-time code with a social-media helper.
- Use the official support route for missing sleep data or purchase issues.
Install and update safely
Confirm The Pokémon Company as the store publisher and avoid modified packages promising unlimited diamonds, perfect sleep scores or unlocked research. A third-party APK cannot safely replace the app’s account, health-data and server checks.
